Background: GHK-Cu (Copper peptide) is a tiny naturally occurring peptide (sequence: Gly-His-Lys) that binds copper ions. Despite its small size, GHK-Cu has extraordinary regenerative and protective effects on human tissue. It is found in plasma and tissues, especially in youth – levels around 200 ng/mL at age 20 decline to ~80 ng/mL by age 60.
