Processing Times
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Shipping Method
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
- A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 typically aims to deliver next working day, but this is not a guaranteed service and occasional delays may occur.
Delivery Areas
At present, we ship orders within the United Kingdom.
If you are based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us before purchasing.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
European Union orders
For EU customers, applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and collected at checkout through our shipping partner.
You will not be charged additional fees on delivery once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number and a link to track your parcel online.
Please allow a short time for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch email.
Delayed or Missing Deliveries
While most orders arrive promptly, delivery times can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control (Royal Mail delays, adverse weather, strikes, etc.).
- Please allow 5 working days from the dispatch date before contacting us about a missing parcel.
- If your order has not arrived after this period, get in touch with your order number and tracking information, and we’ll investigate with Royal Mail.
Incorrect Address & Returned Parcels
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
- We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we can rearrange delivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Damaged Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging and the product(s) received
We’ll review the case and work with you to arrange a suitable resolution.
