Background: Combining BPC-157 and TB-500 leverages their complementary mechanisms to maximize healing. BPC-157 primarily acts locally at injury sites β promoting blood vessel growth and collagen repair in specific tissues (e.g. a tendon or gut lining) β whereas TB-500 (Thymosin Ξ²β) provides more systemic regenerative support, enhancing cell migration and tissue remodeling throughout the body.
