Background: GLOW70 is a synergistic peptide blend formulated for regenerative and cosmetic benefits, containing BPC-157, TB-500(TB4) (Thymosin β₄), and GHK-Cu. This combination aims to accelerate healing and rejuvenation by targeting multiple repair pathways: BPC-157 supports angiogenesis and tissue healing, TB-500 enhances cell migration and reduces scarring, and GHK-Cu provides potent skin remodeling activity. GHK-Cu (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine copper) is a natural tripeptide that binds copper and can reset gene expression to a healthier, youth-like profile. It stimulates collagen synthesis, improves wound closure, and has been shown in clinical studies to improve skin quality – for example, 12-week treatments with GHK-Cu creams increased skin thickness, reduced wrinkles and hyperpigmentation, and boosted collagen in a majority of users. In the GLOW70 blend, GHK-Cu’s skin and tissue regenerative effects complement BPC-157 and TB-500’s healing of deeper tissues.
